Do One Thing

Coaching Tip of The Day:

Maybe you are overwhelmed, going through a transition or having trouble prioritizing. Many of us will choose doing nothing or doing something unhealthy. Certainly, there is a time for doing nothing. However, if this is not one of those times for you, do just one healthy thing. It can be as simple as making a phone call, paying a bill, or attending a fitness class. Most likely, you will feel ready to do another thing soon after.
